Jetllings – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Jetllings operates as a private client network and concierge platform, providing access to bespoke services, off-market opportunities, and third-party arrangements across travel, real estate, and lifestyle sectors.

2. Nature of Services
Jetllings acts as an intermediary and coordinator between clients and independent third-party providers. All services, experiences, and opportunities are subject to availability and are delivered by such providers.

3. Bookings & Payment
All services must be paid in full in advance of confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon receipt of payment, Jetllings will proceed to secure the requested service or experience.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Services)
Due to the bespoke and time-sensitive nature of our services, all confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, Jetllings will endeavour to reallocate the experience where possible. Any resulting refunds or credits received from third-party providers will be passed on accordingly.

5. Membership Terms
Jetllings offers membership-based access to its network and services.

• Monthly memberships are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

• If a monthly membership is cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current 30-day period.

• Annual (12-month) memberships are billed in full upfront and are non-refundable.

• No free trial is offered unless explicitly stated.

6. Third-Party Services
Jetllings is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party providers. All services are subject to the respective provider’s own terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetllings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or delay arising from the use of its services or platform.

8. Discretion
Jetllings operates on a discreet basis. Clients and partners are expected to handle any opportunities, introductions, or information shared with a reasonable level of confidentiality and professionalism.

9. Company Status
Jetllings is currently in the process of formal company registration. Services and memberships are active and provided accordingly during this period.

10. Amendments
Jetllings reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and relevant jurisdictions.
